In addition to providing in-house data capture via the WinDIP Enterprise application, Gateway Computing can offer Image Bureau facilities converting historical and ‘live’ physical files via our partner, Gateway Bureau Services Ltd.
A comprehensive bureau service is offered for the conversion of any form of paper, microfilm or microfiche record into an electronic image at competitive pricing. At present our production rate is in excess of 550,000 images per day from bureaus based in Leeds and Crewkerne, Somerset with the scalability and flexibility to increase this production based on customer requirements and schedules.
The Bureau service provides the following:

- Document preparation to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
- Scanning and indexing based on manual or automated index entry
- Physical document/file retrieval and return during the scanning process
- Delivery of industry standard images on customer selected media for use with any software application
